Please Help if you can. We are using Sharepoint 2007 and have some external support but this issue is not able to be resolved.
If you have any understanding of why this is happening I would greatly appreciate your assistance.

The SharePoint Server has plenty of RAM and CPU. WHoever the SQL Server runs at 70% RAM.
We have made the views of the Library only show 2000 items but still this error gets thrown at random times. I have turned off the Search Crawl abd that has not made any difference.

    Any ideas?

My question is regarding this post:

We came across the same issue, but the problem is we have to manually add IIS binding to get the app store URLs to resolve.

So what’s the solution? Right now it seems we can’t have it both ways.
