I was configuring SharePoint search service. when I started full crawl , it started and 1 second later ( after refresh ) it stoped and gives me this error in error log :
Access is denied. Check that the Default Content Access Account has access to this content, or add a crawl rule to crawl this [...]

Create SSP , No Web application ???

If you want to create a SSP for your Sharepoint site and in the create new SSP page, you do not see any existing web application , it’s because that web application pool account during creating your web applications was something else than your account. ( e.g Network Service )
In this case you can create SSP with STSADM command like [...]
